Refunds and cancellation
2026-10-20
Short version: if you paid by card or through an app store, you have fourteen days to change your mind and get your money back, for any reason or none. Payments in cryptocurrency are final and are not refunded. Either way you can stop the plan whenever you like, and it runs until the day you paid through. Nothing is hidden behind a support conversation — the button is on your account page.
Fourteen days to change your mind
If you are not glad you paid, tell us within fourteen days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to justify it or offer you three alternatives first.
Write to ฝ่ายสนับสนุน from any address, or from the address you gave us if you gave us one, and say you want the payment back. We will send it back to the card it came from, and it takes as long as your bank takes — usually a few days.
This applies to monthly and yearly payments alike, and to renewals as well as to the first payment, when you pay by card or through an app store (Stripe, Google Play and the like). Payments in cryptocurrency are the one exception: they are not refunded — see «If you paid in crypto» below.
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this is also your statutory right of withdrawal, and it is yours whether or not we choose to offer it. We choose to offer it to everybody, everywhere, on the same terms — a right that depends on your address is a strange kind of right.
Cancelling, at any time
The button is on your account page. One press stops the plan renewing. No form, no reason, no conversation with anyone.
You keep everything until the day you paid through. Cancelling on the second day of a month does not switch anything off on the second day — the plan runs to the end of the period, because you paid for that period and it is yours.
Nothing is charged again after that. If you change your mind before the date arrives, the same page will start the plan again as though nothing happened.
After a plan ends you keep your account, your conversations and anything you bought separately. The chat carries on as the free chat, which is where most people were before and is not a punishment.
After fourteen days
A period already paid for is not refunded. It is also not taken away: you keep the plan until the day it runs to.
This is the ordinary arrangement, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it. The reason is simple — a month of a plan is a month of machines running, and those were rented and paid for whether the month was used or not.
🔑 That said, if something went genuinely wrong — the service was broken, you were billed twice, a plan was charged after you cancelled — that is not a refund question, it is a mistake, and mistakes get fixed regardless of how many days have passed. Write to us.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan is twelve months for the price of ten. The same fourteen days apply, from the day of the payment.
After that it behaves like any other plan: you can stop it whenever you like, it does not renew, and it runs to the end of the year you paid for. There is no part-year refund — the discount is the trade for paying up front.
Changing between plans
Moving up takes effect at once, and you pay only the difference: the days you have not used on the cheaper plan are credited against the more expensive one, and you are shown the exact amount before you agree to it.
Moving down waits. You keep the plan you are on until the period you paid for ends, and the smaller charge starts after that. Nothing is taken away early and nothing is refunded, because nothing was lost.
Credits (API balance)
Credits are not refunded. They are a prepaid balance, and once they are on your account the payment is not paid back. The one exception is on our side: if we cannot provide our service, we refund the credits you could not use.
Credits never expire, and nothing is lost. Keep calling the API, or put the same credit toward any other service on the site — a Plus or Pro plan, monthly or yearly, for example. Ask support to apply your unspent credit to a plan and we will: one dollar of credit is one dollar off the plan, and if the credit covers only part, you pay the difference.
The free trial credit is for trying the API and cannot be exchanged for other services.
If you live in the EU, EEA or the UK and buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by any of this.
If you are thinking of opening a dispute with your bank, write to us first. If something went wrong on our side — you were billed twice, or charged and nothing was delivered — we put it right, and that is faster than a dispute.
If you paid in crypto
Payments in cryptocurrency are final and are not refunded. This covers every coin we accept — USDT, USDC, TRX and any other — and everything bought with it: monthly and yearly plans and API credit alike. The fourteen days to change your mind apply to payments by card and through app stores, not to crypto.
The reason is the property that makes crypto worth using in the first place: a blockchain transfer cannot be reversed or called back, by us, by the network or by anyone else. So please choose crypto knowing that the payment is final. If you want the fourteen days, pay by card instead.
What does not change: mistakes on our side get fixed. If you paid and the plan or the credit did not arrive, if you were charged twice, or if we could not provide the service you paid for, write to ฝ่ายสนับสนุน. We deliver what you paid for, or, where we cannot, return the payment in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to a wallet address you give us.
For that, send a TRON address that you control — not an exchange deposit address, which is shared and credits only the account it was issued for — and check it twice. A transfer that has left cannot be recalled, and if the address is wrong the money is gone.
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and buy as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by any of this.
If a payment fails
A renewal that does not go through is retried a few times over several days before anything changes. We do not cut a plan off on the first declined card — a card expires, a bank blocks something, and none of that means somebody stopped wanting the service.
If it still does not go through, the plan ends and the chat carries on as the free chat. Nothing is deleted.
Disputes
If you are considering asking your bank to reverse a charge, please write to us first. Not to talk you out of it — if the refund is owed you will have it — but because a bank dispute takes weeks, and an email takes an afternoon.
We would rather refund somebody who is unhappy than argue about it.
